Germany - The Olsbruecken Wind Park

Schneider Power, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Schneider Power International Inc. owns a minority share in Juwi Beteiligungs GmbH NaturPower 4 KG, the beneficial owner of 5.4 MW of production capacity in the Flomborn and Olsbruecken Wind Farm.

The wind farm forms part of the Rheinhessen Windfield, Germany's largest wind park with 28 MW total nameplate capacity.

Annual Energy Delivery: 7,712,000 kWh.
CO2-Reduction: Approx. 34,000 Tonnes per year

Schneider Power does not anticipate any cash distributions from this project prior to 2015.
