Schneider Power Caribbean Inc. ("SPCI") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Schneider Power and is active in the development of renewable energy solutions in the greater Caribbean region including the British Virgin Islands and Bahamas.

SPCI is a developer, owner, and operator of contemplated renewable power generation facilities and owns a controlling interest in the Bahamas Renewable Energy Corporation. The Renewable Generation Portfolio is diversified across two technologies (wind and solar) and multiple Caribbean jurisdictions.
