Thomas Schneider Announces the Acquisition of Common Shares and Options of Schneider Power Inc.
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 26, 2008) - Thomas Schneider announces that on August 21, 2008 he acquired, pursuant to the terms of an amalgamation of Water Capital Inc. ("Water") and Schneider Power Inc. (the "Private Co."), 8,977,432 common shares and options to purchase a further 656,192 common shares of the amalgamated company, also called "Schneider Power Inc." (hereinafter referred to as the "Resulting Issuer"). As a result of this acquisition of common shares, Mr. Schneider now holds 8,977,432 common shares of the Resulting Issuer representing 15.85% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Resulting Issuer, as well as options to purchase a further 656,192 common shares.
