The Spring Bay Wind Farm (also known as the Providence Bay Expansion Project) is an advanced stage development project that represents the expansion phase of the existing Providence Bay Wind Farm. Schneider Power was awarded one SOC with a 20-year term in 2007 by the OPA for a total of 6.5 MW for the Providence Bay Expansion Project.

The Wind Farm and the Providence Bay Expansion Project have good access to transmission, roads, and shipping facilities.

The Company anticipates to commence with pre-construction work in the second half of 2008, enabling the start of a 6 month construction period in mid 2009.
