The Crystal Falls Solar Project is situated approximately 1 km north of the town of Crystal Falls, Ontario and approximately 55 km north of the town of North Bay, Ontario.

The Crystal Falls Solar Project has development potential for an installed capacity of up to 10 MW of solar power. Crystal Falls Solar Farm Inc. anticipates making a FIT application for a power purchase agreement with the Ontario Power Authority for a total potential solar power capacity of 10 MW.

Project construction is anticipated to occur in the summer of 2011. Commencement of electricity generation is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2011 with the plant achieving full capacity by the end of 2012.
