

Bernd Schneider

Bernd Schneider is a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Schneider Power Inc. Mr. Schneider has built several enterprises that have achieved outstanding performances including heading the German based Schneider family owned hydro-electric power company for over 15 years. Mr. Schneider understands the intricacies of doing business in electricity generation and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and information to the senior management.
Starting in 2003, Mr. Schneider and his management team have built Schneider Power into one of the leading renewable power developers in Canada. Mr. Schneider's business strengths are evident in Schneider Power's diligent approach to growth, strong financial management, entrepreneurial character and sound portfolio of renewable energy projects.
Mr. Schneider started his career in banking as a senior Banker with Volksbank-Raiffeisenbank (VR-Bank) Germany. Mr. Schneider also made substantial investments in the hotel industry sector in both Canada and Germany. Investing in successful hotel properties and working with chains such as Journey's End Motels and Delta Hotels.
Jonathan Lundy
Chief Executive Officer - Schneider Power Inc.
Jonathan Lundy is Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Power Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors since 2008. Prior to joining Schneider Power, Mr. Lundy served in a number of executive capacities with Hydrogenics Corporation (NASDAQ: HYGS and TSX: HYG), an alternative energy company.
Mr. Lundy joined Hydrogenics in October 2000 as Vice President Corporate Affairs and General Counsel, moving to President, Power and Generation in 2004. During his tenure Mr. Lundy led the company's strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers and acquisition, communications and legal activities, including Hydrogenics' US$80 million initial public offering, General Motors 20% equity investment in 2002, Hydrogenics' CDN $28 million acquisition of Greenlight Power in 2003, its US $60 million follow-on offering in 2004, and its CDN $150 million acquisition of Stuart Energy in 2004. Mr. Lundy also re-positioned the company's fuel cell division, contributing to a doubling of revenues in consecutive years with corresponding improvements in bottom line results and operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining Hydrogenics Mr. Lundy practiced corporate and securities law with Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP, from 1998 -2000. and Heenan Blaike LLP from 1996-1998. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario.
Thomas Schneider
Founder, Vice Chairman & President - Schneider Power Inc.
Mr. Schneider is the founder and Vice-Chairman & President of Schneider Power, President of Schneider Power USA Inc. and a founding Director. Prior to launching Schneider Power Inc. in 2004, Thomas was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Line Entertainment Holdings Inc., a Canadian owned and operated marketing and media consulting firm that catered to clients such as the Virgin Group, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and L.V.M.H.
With a background in finance and physics Thomas has extensive technical and renewable project development experience. Prior to founding Schneider Power he owned a minority share in one of Germany's largest wind farms. Mr. Schneider is a member of the Ontario Caucus of the Canadian Wind Energy Association and represents Canadian business at the United Nations Global Compact.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and International Business from McGill University, Montreal, as well as a certificate in Business Law from the University of Toronto. He holds advanced level certificates in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from the University of London, England and the IGCSE from University of Cambridge, England. His work has garnered several awards including, the prestigious 2001 Golden Web Award for best Web Design, the 2000 Canadian Marketing Award, the 1999 Summit Award, the 1999 Spirit Award and the 1994 MIS Physics Award. Mr. Schneider is a member of the Dr. David Suzuki Foundation, World Wildlife Fund Canada and a patron of The Yonge Street Mission - Evergreen Project.
John Ng
Chief Financial Officer - Schneider Power Inc.
Prior to joining Schneider Power Inc. in 2008 he was Chief Financial Officer of Telehop Communications Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company. From 2000 to 2003 Mr. Ng held the role of Divisional Controller for Bell Globemedia Inc. Prior to this he was a Senior Financial Analyst for Dell Computer Corporation (Canada).
Mr. Ng. is an experienced financial executive with strong operational and financial skills and a successful track record in driving shareholder value for publicly-traded companies. Mr. Ng. has a proven ability to assess a company's core business drivers, and tailoring strategic and financial plans that are in line with financial targets and improvement in competitive position. Mr. Ng has extensive experience in maintaining accounting and reporting integrity, streamlining of operations, P&L management in both Canada and the United States.
Mr. Ng is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and U.S. Certified Public Accountant and held a senior audit position with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from University of Waterloo.
Wayne Curtis
Director of Corporate Affairs - Schneider Power Inc.
Mr. Curtis is Director of Corporate Affairs at Schneider Power. Prior to joining Schneider Power in 2005 Mr. Curtis was President of Line Entertainment Holdings Inc. a global lifestyle entertainment marketing and television production company. Prior to this Mr. Curtis was a Real Property Analyst in the corporate valuations department at Cadillac Fairview Corporation.
Wayne Curtis is an experienced Ontario Real Estate Lawyer and handles the Company's day-to-day government relations and corporate affairs.
Mr. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Arts and Certificate in French Canadian Studies from Simon Fraser University and a Law Degree from the University of Ottawa. Mr. Curtis is most well known for reaching a perfect Score on the Ontario Insurance Brokers Licensing Exam. He articled with Deacon Spears Fedson & Montizambert in Toronto and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2000.
Beverlee Moore
Director of Business Development - Schneider Power Inc.
Ms. Moore is Director of Business Development at Schneider Power. Prior to joining Schneider Power in 2004, she was President of Rhapsody Inc., a successful incubator of start-up companies.
Ms Moore is an experienced business executive with a proven track record of business development. She is considered an expert in growth management, and was one of the early movers in the renewable energy sector. Ms. Moore has numerous years of experience in project accounting, cash flow management, taxation and grants.
Ms. Moore has a Certificate in Broadcast Production from the Institute of Canadian Advertising with a minor in Business Administration, and is completing her Ontario Certified General Accountant designation with a focus on venture capital, capital asset, finance and cash flow portfolio management.
